  • Payment Methods: We support international standards, including Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
  • Statement Reference: On your bank statement, charges will appear as REFLECT THEORY LTD.

2. Taxation & VAT Compliance

As a UK-based entity, Reflect Theory Ltd complies with international tax regulations:

  • Service Taxation: For our consultation sessions and workshops, taxes are applied based on the current UK tax laws and the place of supply rules for international clients.
  • Digital Products (E-books): When purchasing digital guides (e.g., via Etsy or other integrated platforms), VAT is automatically calculated and collected based on your country of residence, ensuring full compliance with EU/UK VAT MOSS regulations.
  • Invoicing: Upon successful completion of a transaction, a formal receipt or invoice will be issued by Reflect Theory Ltd and sent directly to your provided email address.

3. Technical Liability & Support

While we ensure the smooth operation of our payment gateway, imageinme.co is not liable for issues arising from third-party providers, such as:

  • Temporary technical failures of banking institutions or card networks.
  • Declined transactions by your card-issuing bank.
  • Incorrect data entry by the user. Our support team is always available at talkto@imageinme.co to assist you and coordinate with our providers to resolve any payment-related issues.

4. Refunds & Cancellation

Refund and cancellation terms are specific to each service or product.

  • Consultation Sessions: Cancellations are managed directly by Reflect Theory Ltd according to our 48-hour notice policy.
  • Digital Products: Due to their nature, digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during checkout via the Revolut Business platform.
