Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content (PDF guides, downloadable material), all sales are final. No refunds are provided once the download link has been generated or accessed. By completing a purchase, the User waives their right of withdrawal.

Pre-orders: For all pre-order digital products, customers are entitled to a full refund at any time before the official release and delivery date. Once the digital file has been delivered to your email, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital content.

Consultation Sessions & Workshops: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours are non-refundable.

Event Cancellation: If a seminar is canceled by the Company, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative date will be provided.
