By using our services, purchasing digital material, or participating in seminars and workshops, you fully and unconditionally accept the following terms.
2. Nature of Services (Professional Disclaimer)
2.1. Educational & Informational Character: All content provided via imageinme.co is for educational and informational purposes only. Information, seminars, or digital materials do not constitute, nor replace, personalized psychological diagnosis, or therapy. Use of this platform does not establish a therapist-client relationship between Reflect Theory Ltd (or its partners) and the User.
2.2. Platform Role & Independent Partners: Reflect Theory Ltd acts as a digital hosting and distribution platform. Content is created by independent mental health professionals (Partners) who utilize the platform’s infrastructure.
2.3. Limitation of Liability: Scientific validity and opinions expressed in the materials are the sole responsibility of the respective Author/Partner. Reflect Theory Ltd bears no civil or criminal liability for any decisions or consequences arising from the User’s application of the information provided.

3. Intellectual Property
3.1. Content Protection: All content (texts, methods, exercises, videos, graphics) is the intellectual property of its respective creators.
3.2. License of Use: Upon purchase, the User is granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
3.3. Prohibitions: Reproduction, resale, commercial exploitation, or teaching of the methods hosted on imageinme.co by third parties is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
4.1. Payment Processing: All card payments are processed securely via Revolut Business. Reflect Theory Ltd does not store or have access to your credit card details.
4.2. Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content (PDF guides, downloadable material), all sales are final. No refunds are provided once the download link has been generated or accessed. By completing a purchase, the User waives their right of withdrawal.
4.3. Consultation Sessions & Workshops: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours are non-refundable.
4.4. Event Cancellation: If a seminar is canceled by the Company, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative date will be provided.
4.5. Pre-orders: For all pre-order digital products, customers are entitled to a full refund at any time before the official release and delivery date. Once the digital file has been delivered to your email, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital content.
4.6. Technical Issues: In case of technical difficulties during file download, please contact us at talkto@imageinme.co for immediate resolution and re-sending of the material.
5. Delivery Policy
5.1. Digital Goods: Digital products are delivered immediately via a download link provided on the confirmation page and via the email address used during checkout.
5.2. Services: Confirmation for online sessions or workshops is sent via email within 24 hours of booking.
6. Data Protection (GDPR)
Reflect Theory Ltd complies with the UK GDPR. Collected data (name, email) is used exclusively for service delivery and updates on new educational programs. Users may opt-out or request data deletion at any time as per our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law
Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the Laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
